针灸对胰十二指肠切除术后患者免疫及胃肠功能影响的研究

Effect of Acupuncture on Immunological and Gastrointestinal Function of Patients after Pancreatoduodenectomy

目的:探讨针灸对胰十二指肠切除术后患者免疫功能和胃肠道功能恢复的影响。方法:将67例胰十二指肠切除术后患者随机分为2组,对照组给予常规治疗,针灸组在常规治疗基础上加用电针刺激治疗;比较两组患者术后第1、3、7、10天外周血T细胞亚群、B细胞和NK细胞及血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3、C4水平间的差异;比较两组患者术后排气/排便时间的差异。结果:针灸组与对照组患者比较,术后1、3、7、10天外周血T细胞亚群、B细胞及血清IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C3、C4水平间的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);针灸组患者术后排气/排便时间为(4.8±1.02)天,对照组患者术后排气/排便时间为(5.7±1.29)天,两组患者术后排气/排便时间的差异有统计学意义(t=3.19,P=0.002)。结论:针灸治疗对胰十二指肠切除术后患者免疫功能无显著影响,但可显著缩短患者术后胃肠道功能恢复的时间。

Objective：To investigate the effect of acupuncture on immunological and gastrointestinal function of patients after pancreatoduodenectomy （ PD）.Methods：Sixty seven postoperative patients who received PD in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an acupuncture treatment group.Patients received acupuncture treatment from the first day after surgery, and the treatment lasted 10 days.The level of T, B lym-phocytes and NK cells of peripheral blood and the level of immunoglobulin A, G, M and complement C3 , C4 of serum and time of functional rehabilitation of gastrointestinal tract were investigated .Results：There was a step-up tendency of level of T, B lymphocytes and immunoglobulin A, G, M and complement C3 , C4 in the acu-puncture treatment group, but no significant difference was detected between the two groups（P＆gt;0.05）.Signif-icant difference was detected in the time of functional rehabilitation of gastrointestinal tract between the two groups,with（4.8 ±1.02）d in the acupuncture treatment group and（5.7 ±1.29）d in the control group（t=3.19 ,P=0 .002 ） .Conclusion：Postoperative acupuncture treatment has no significant effect on the immunologi-cal function of patients, while it can shorten the time of functional rehabilitation of gastrointestinal tract after PD.
