针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的选经、用穴及配伍规律初探

Exploration of the Law about the Use of the Meridians and Acupionts in the Treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence with Acupuncture

目的:探寻近年来针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的选经、用穴及配伍规律。方法:总结和分析近10年来以针灸为主治疗压力性尿失禁并发表于核心期刊的临床研究文献。结果:研究发现,现代文献中治疗压力性尿失禁的常用穴位为:关元、中极、三阴交、肾俞、足三里;临床常用经脉:足太阳膀胱经和任脉;配伍规律:常以局部近膀胱腑选穴为主,再配以远道取穴,且临床多用俞募配穴法进行配伍。结论:针灸治疗压力性尿失禁疗效确切,其选经、用穴及配伍亦有规律可循。若要为临床治疗本病提供更为科学、客观、可靠的理论依据,今后应运用循证医学的方法,建立更为系统科学的针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的评价方法及体系。

Objective：To explore the law about the use of the meridians and acupionts in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence with acupuncture.Methods：Summarize and analyze the clinical research literatures in re-cent 10 years in acupuncture treatment for stress urinary incontinence and published in core journals.Results：The study found commonly used acupoints for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in modern literatures：Guanyuan, Shenshu, Zusanli,Sanyinjiao;Clinical common meridian：foot Taiyang bladder meridian and Ren;Law of compatibility： often in local near bladder and acupoint selection, combined with selection of distant points, and the clinical use of Shu with points raised by compatiblity.Conclusion：Acupuncture for treatment of stress urinary incontinence,the selection and the compatibility of the points have rules to follow.To provide a more scientific basis, objective, reliable for clinical treatment of the disease, the future study should use the methods of evidence-based medicine, the establishment of a more scientific evaluation method and system of acupuncture for treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
