摘要
建立悬吊转子碟式分离机主轴系统的几何模型,导入ADAMS机械动力学分析软件,通过定义载荷及各相连接零件的约束关系,生成虚拟主轴系统动力学模型,在此基础上对分离机启动过程中质心加速度及固有频率等特性进行综合分析,并讨论了影响系统运转稳定性主要因素。
A Geometry model was set up for the principal axis system of suspensory bowl disc centrifuge, then it was introduced into the mechanical dynamic analyzing system--ADAMS. The loads and restricting relations between adjacent elements were defended, and a virtual dynamic model of principal axis system was built. On this base, a comprehensive analysis was car- ded on the dynamic characteristics such as the acceleration of bowl centroid during startup, natural vibration frequency and forced vibration response. The main intluence factors on the stability of system operation were also discussed.
