摘要
以植物黄芩为研究对象,通过正交试验、单因素试验研究提取次数、提取时间、提取温度、物料比对黄芩染液提取的影响.结果表明,黄芩提取液最大吸收波长为273 nm,优化的黄芩染液最佳提取工艺为:提取温度100℃,提取2次,提取时间90 min,料液比1∶12.同时,对黄芩提取物的红外光谱及抗菌性进行分析,结果表明,黄芩具有一定的抗菌性和抗紫外线性能,其提取物主要成分为黄芩苷.
Scutellaria baicalensis Georg[ was taken as the natural dyes object of study, and the influences of extraction time and cycles, reaction temperature and material ratio on extraction yield were discussed via or- thogonal experiment and single factor experiment. The results showed that the maximum absorption wave- length of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extraction was 273 nm, and the optimum extraction conditions were 2 cycles of extraction at 100 ~C for 90 min with material ratio of 1:12. IR spectra and antibacterial test of Scutel- laria baicalensis Georgi extraction showed that Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi had certain antibacterial and an- ti-ultraviolet properties, and the main components of the extraction was baicalin.
