An investigation of pad dyeing process of Lyocell/polyester blended fabric with peach-skin effect

探讨了Lyocell/涤混纺织物的性能及工艺特点,通过设计工艺流程和优化工艺条件使长车轧染的Lyocell/涤混纺织物具有与气流机染色相同桃皮绒风格的产品。同时解决了气流机染色大批量前后差大、易出擦伤、生产效率低的问题。

The properties and process characteristics of Lyocell/polyester blended fabric were discussed. By technologic process design and optimized technologic conditions, the continuous pad dyeing Lyocell/polyester blended fabric can obtain same peach-skin effect with airflow dyeing fabric. Meanwhile, the problems such as color difference, easy abrasion and low production efficiencies were solved in airflow dyeing mass production before and after.
