田口设计在过氧化氢酶处理工艺优化中的应用

摘要 采用田口试验设计方法,控制酶用量、温度、pH和时间,分别处理氧漂后的纯棉纬编针织物,通过测试处理后织物的白度、毛效、顶破强力、质量损失等性能,分析各因素对针织物性能的影响。结果表明:氧漂后的纯棉纬编针织物再经过氧化氢酶处理,毛效得到很大改善,白度增加,但织物顶破强力下降,质量减轻。综合各项指标,通过统计分析得出最优酶处理工艺为:酶用量0.2 g/L、温度30℃、pH 9、时间15 min。 Pure cotton weft-knitted fabric with oxygen bleaching was treated according to taguchi experimental design by controlling the enzyme dosage, temperature, pH and time. Effects of factors on fabric properties were analysed by measuring whiteness, capillary effect, bursting strength and weight loss of treated fabric. The results show that, after catalase treatment for the oxygen bleached pure cotton weft-knitted fabric, water absorption ability and whiteness for the fabric improved obviously, the fabric bursting strength and weight decreased. By statistical analysis, the obtained optimum catalase treatment conditions were using 0.2 g/L catalase at 30 ℃ for 15 min under pH 9.
