摘要
通过分光光度仪、水洗色牢度仪、灯箱等仪器,探讨了助剂对粘胶面料染色上染率、匀染性、色牢度的影响。结果表明,加入食盐能增加染料的上色力。六偏磷酸钠能软化硬水,协助染料上染纤维。雷米邦A、平平加O具有优良的匀染性、扩散性、渗透性、乳化性、润湿性。固色剂M、冰醋酸具有良好的固色效果。
The influences of auxiliaries for viscose fabric dye-uptake, levelling property and color fastness were analyzed by spectrophotometer, rotawash colorfastness tester and backlit. The results showed that dye-uptake was improved by adding salts. Hard water was softed by hexasodium metaphosphate which was showed dyeing assisting effect. Lamepon A and peregal O showed excellent level dyeing property, diffusivity, permeability, emulsifying properties and wettability. Fixing agent M and glacial acetic acid showed good fixing effect.
