摘要 短电弧加工机理研究要求电源输出低电压、大电流,输出频率及占空比可调且能实时采集电源各输出参数。针对上述要求,设计了一种基于ARM的短电弧机床数字化电源。该电源由脉冲电压电路和数字控制电路组成,脉冲电压电路提供所需脉冲电压,数字控制电路为脉冲电压电路提供控制及保护信号。并设计了一种调压控制电路,该电路具有调压范围广,稳压效果好等特性。实验结果证明了该电源满足对短电弧加工实验研究的需要,为短电弧加工机理研究提供了重要的技术支持。 Short arc machining mechanism research requires such power supply which has adjustable output voltage, frequency and duty ratio and high output current.Thus, a new short arc machining based on ARM digital power sup- ply is designed ,including pulse voltage generating circuit and digital control circuit.Pulse generating circuit provides pulse voltage.Digital control circuit provides control and protection signals for pulse voltage.And a kind of voltage regulator control circuit which has the voltage regulating range and good voltage stabilizing effect is designed.The test results show that the power supply meets the needs of the experimental study of short arc machining, and provides important technical support for the study of the short arc machining mechanism.
