中医寒热体质与ThermoTRP通道相关性研究

Research on Correlation Between Cold /Heat Constitution of Chinese Medicine and ThermoTRP Channel

中医体质研究中,寒、热体质是两种极端的类型,临床表现有着相反的症状,尤其体现在对温度感知和由此带来的主观行为上。产生这种差异必定是由机体内在机制所决定的。近年来国内外对瞬时受体电位通道(transient receptor potential ion channels,TRP)的研究不断深入,已明确了在TRP通道家族中有一些被称为thermoTRP通道的亚型在温度感知和温度调节中起重要作用。因此提出借鉴thermoTRP通道的研究成果,尝试从该角度探讨寒、热体质产生特征性差异的原因,以期了解产生差异的分子生物学机制,为中医寒热体质现代学研究开辟新的研究思路。

Cold constitution and heat constitution are two kinds of extreme types in constitutional research of Chinese medicine, they have opposite symptoms in clinical performance, especially in the temperature detection and subjective behavior. Those differences must be induced by the internal mechanism. In recent years, people found those that are called thermoTRP channel subtypes in transi- ent receptor potential ion channels（TRP） play important roles in temperature detection and temperature regulation. We propose to re- search the correlation between cold/heat constitution and thermoTRP channel in order to understand differences of cold/heat constitu- tion in molecular mechanism. It would open up the new idea for constitutional research of Chinese medicine.
