热敏灸“大椎”穴对哮喘大鼠行为学及病理学的影响

The Effect of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion "Da-Zhui" Point on Behavior and Pathology of Asthmatic Rats

目的:研究热敏灸"大椎"穴对哮喘大鼠行为学的改善作用,及对病理形态方面的影响。方法:采用SD雄性大鼠40只,分成4组:对照组、模型组、普通悬灸组、热敏灸组,造模成功后,艾灸治疗7天,观察各组大鼠哮喘发作的各项行为学指标及光镜观察HE染色下的各组病理学改变。结果:热敏灸组与普通悬灸组比较,哮喘大鼠的行为学及病理学方面皆有非常显著性改变。结论:热敏灸是一种减轻哮喘发作的非常有效的治疗方法。

Objective ： Research the improvement of asthmatic rats＂ behavior and pathology throuth heat - sensitive moxibustion ＂ Da - Zhui＂ point. Method ：40 male SD mice were randomly divided into four groups： blank control group, model group, suspended moxibus- tion group and heat - sensitive moxibustion group. After successful molding, used moxibustion treatments for 7 days and observed be- havioral indicators of asthma mice as well as pathological changes of HE staining under light microscope. Results： Comparad with sus- pended moxibustion group , the heat - sensitive moxibustion group had very significant changes in behavior and pathology of asthma rats. Conclusion： Heat -sensitive moxibustion is averv useful method to reduce the attack of asthma.
