Progress in Study on Xiexin Decoction

泻心汤为治疗火热旺盛,迫血妄行而致吐血、衄血之良方。现代药理研究表明泻心汤具有抗菌、抗细菌内毒素、抗炎、促凝血止血、改善高血脂症、改善血液粘稠度、调节血压、降糖、保护胃黏膜、减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤等作用。对近5年来泻心汤的实验研究文献报道进行归纳总结,以便读者对泻心汤最新研究进展有更好的了解。

Xiexin Decoction is a good TCM prescription for treating Hematemesis and Nosebleed Caused by hot which Forcing blood out. Modem pharmacological studies have shown that it has effects of Anti bacteria and bacterial endotoxin, Anti - inflammatory, pro- mote hemostasis, ameliorate hyperlipidemia, decrease blood viscosity, regulat blood pressure, decrease Hyperglycemia, protecte gastric mucosa,decrease cerebral ischemia - reperfusion injury,etc. In this paper, with the purpose for the readersbetter to understand the latest research on the progress of the Xiexin Decoction, literatures of recent five years on experimental research was summarized.
