高温封闭环境下无线测温装置的工作性能的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 滚塑成型是一种热塑性塑料中空成型方法,而温度是滚塑成型过程中不能缺少的因素。在滚塑成型过程中烘箱内的温度很高,无法利用现有的温度测量装备对其实施在线测量,进而为恰当的温度调控提供必要的参考。提出一种应用于高温封闭环境下的无线测温装置,并且介绍其组成结构和工作原理,然后对其工作性能进行试验验证和调试,从而为优化滚塑工艺及提高滚塑设备的工作效率和能源利用率提供一种理论工具。 Rotational molding was a hollow molding method of thermoplastic plastic,and the temperature was the essential factors of rotational molding process.The temperature was high in the oven in rotational molding process which couldn't be measured online by the existing temperature measurement equipment to provided the necessary reference for proper temperature regulation.A wireless temperature measurement device used in high temperature under a closed environment was presented in this paper,and its structure and working principle were introduced,and then its work performance was tested and regulated so the rotational molding was optimized,and a theoretical tool was provided to improve operation efficiency and energy efficiency of rotational molding equipment.
