高性能玻纤增强聚丙烯材料的研制及应用 被引量:22

摘要 研究了自制聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐与乙烯/辛烯共聚物(PP-g-POE-MAH)和螺杆组合对玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚丙烯(PP)性能及产品外观的影响,制备了高性能、成型外观优的玻纤增强PP材料。结果表明,加入PP-gPOE-MAH可显著提高玻纤增强PP的拉伸、弯曲、冲击性能;在30%GF的玻纤增强PP体系中,PP-g-POE-MAH添加的最佳比例为8%,此配比制备的玻纤增强PP综合性能优良且性价比高;螺杆组合的剪切强弱较大幅度地影响材料的性能及成型外观,适当剪切强度生产的玻纤增强PP材料可兼具优良力学性能与优质成型外观。目前该材料已广泛应用于汽车、家电行业。 The influence of self-made polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride grafted ethylene/octene copolymer (PP-g-POE-MAH) and the screw combination on the performance and product's appearance of the glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) were studied.It prepared a glass fiber reinforced PP material with high performance and high quality molding appearance.The results showed that:adding PP-g-POE-MAH can significantly increase the glass fiber reinforced PP's tensile,bending and impact resistance; In 30% GF glass fiber reinforced PP system,the optimum addition ratio of PP-g-POE-MAH was 8%,on this ratio we can prepared a glass fiber reinforced PP with excellent comprehensive performance and high performance price ratio.The screw combination of shear strength had more substantial impact on the material properties and molding appearance,appropriate shear strength of glass fiber reinforced PP material production can be with good mechanical properties and high quality molding appearance.At present,the material was widely used in automobile,household electrical appliance industries.
