摘要 通过理论分析并根据现场资料计算,对影响高频扭转冲击破岩效果的4个参数进行了分析评价。结果表明:扭转冲击破岩冲击能量应该保持在岩石临界冲击能量附近,可获得理想的破岩效果;扭转冲击破岩效率比旋转剪切破岩效率更高,能大幅提高机械钻速。可为扭转冲力钻井工具及与之匹配的PDC钻头设计提供参考。 In this paper,combined with theoretical analysis and the previous experiment,field data were calculated,and the analysis and evaluation on the four parameters that affect the high-fre-quency torsional impact to rock breaking effect were made.The results show that,impact energy of torsion impact to break rock should be maintained in the vicinity of the critical impact energy in the rock,by which the ideal effect of rock can be obtained.Efficiency in torsional impact to break rock is higher than rotary drilling and can greatly improve the drilling speed,can be used for PDC bit design.
