摘要
提出了用于海洋油气勘探开发的高温高压防喷器设计中涉及的几个要点问题,即承压件的结构设计、温度场的模拟和橡胶件的改进等。针对这3类问题进行了详细的分析,依据ASME规范对研制的FZ48-105型闸板防喷器在高温条件下的疲劳寿命进行评估;对水下和陆地2种工况下防喷器的温度场进行了数值模拟,并阐述了目前橡胶件的改进方向。为高温高压防喷器密封件的设计提供指导。
Several critical design problems about high temperature and high pressure BOP used in exploration and exploitation of offshore oil-gas are proposed in this paper,comprising of structural optimization,temperature simulation and rubber parts improvement etc.These problems are ana-lyzed in detail.According to ASME specification,fatigue life is assessed for FZ48-105 ram BOP in HTHP environment.Temperature numerical simulation is done in two instances,under water and on surface,It provides directions for HTHP BOP sealing parts design.Improvement measure for rubber parts is summarized.
