摘要
分析了ZJ50LDB型钻机转盘独立驱动装置电机配置的技术性能,并进行了相关计算、校核,提出改造方案,对改造方案进行了可行性论证。为转盘独立驱动装置进行技术改造和相关新钻机配套提供了技术支持,使钻机转盘独立驱动装置不仅适应常规钻井,更适应水平井、大位移井及处理井下复杂等钻井工况的需要。
The ZJ50LDB rig wheel independent drive motor performance is analyzed,and configura-tion technology,the related calculation,and comparison are made to put forward the reform scheme,the feasibility of retrofit scheme.The conclusion that for the wheel independent drive technical renovation and new rig related provides data support,make the rig rotary table drive not only to be adapted to the conventional drilling,but more suitable for horizontal well,the large dis-placement and downhole complex such as the need of drilling condition.
