激光扫描速度及激光功率对制件精度的影响

摘要 在粉末激光烧结快速成型技术工艺中,激光功率及扫描速度对成型质量有着非常重要的影响.本文主要分析了不同激光功率及扫描速度下烧结出的金属制件,测量其体积变化,从而得出最佳的工艺参数值. In the laser sintering rapid prototyping technology,laser power and scanning speed has a very im-portant influence on forming quality. This article mainly analyzes the stainless steel parts sintered under differ-ent laser power and scanning speed. By measuring the warping values, the best parameter values can be drawn.
