摘要
众多文献和各国经济发展实践证明,产业结构与就业问题存在密切关系。针对产业结构的多因素变量的特点,构建灰色关联分析模型研究山东省产业结构和就业结构的关联情况。结果显示,产业结构与就业结构关联度较高,产业结构调整与升级的过程中应注重就业结构的优化,合理配置劳动资源,使之与产业结构的演进相协调,最终实现经济与就业的同步发展。
Many documents and the national economic development practice has proved that there is a close relationship between industry structure and employment problem. According to the characteristics of the industrial structure of multifactor variables, build the model of grey association analysis research association of industrial structure and employment structure in shandong province. Results show that the correlation between industry structure and employment structure is higher, in the process of adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure should be pay attention to the optimization of employment structure, the rational allocation of labor resources, coordinated with the evolution of industrial structure, finally realizes the synchronous development of the economy and employment.
