摘要
应用人工接种技术,比较研究4种AMF菌剂对非灭菌土生长的降香黄檀幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明,将AMF菌剂接种在非灭菌土上的降香黄檀幼苗,处理90 d和300 d的苗木生长量和生物量均在不同程度上高于对照组;接种效应随着接种时间的延长而更加明显;与对照组相比,接种菌剂组幼苗叶片的SOD总活性和叶绿素含量较高,叶绿素a/b值较低,反映了接种菌根菌可提高降香黄檀幼苗的光合能力和抗胁迫能力,但不同菌剂的促进效应存在差异。在所应用的4个菌剂中,以接种摩西球囊霉+疣状无梗囊霉混合菌对幼苗的生长效果最佳,其次是摩西球囊霉。
In order to understand the impacts of AM symbiosis on the seedling growth and physiological activity ,the seedling growth and physiological characteristics of D.odorifera in the non-sterile soil with AMF inoculation for 3 months and 10 months were stud-ied.The results showed that the seedling growth with inoculation were higher than the control treatment (CK).The facilitation effects increased with the time.The seedlings with AMF inoculation had higher SOD activity ,chlorophyll contents and lower chlorophyll a /b ratio than those of CK.It is indicated that the inoculation of AMF could improve the photosynthetic capacity and resistance ability and of D.odorifera.However ,the beneficial effects varied with the AMF inoculums.The growth effect of the seedlings inoculated with mixed inoculums of Glomus mosseae and Acaulospora tuberculata was the best ,next to that inoculated with Glomus mosseae only.
