摘要
测定普通油茶20个无性系的油茶籽仁活性成分(总皂苷、总黄酮、总多酚、总多糖、总蛋白)含量,应用SPSS 18.0分析成分间的相关性,建立曲线回归模型。结果表明:总皂苷含量与总黄酮含量、总多酚含量与总蛋白含量间均呈极显著的正相关,总皂苷—总黄酮回归方程为:Y=6.076+10.698X-8.824X2+3.871X3,总多酚—总蛋白回归方程为:Y=0.045X1.310,可以通过测定总黄酮及总蛋白的含量预测总皂苷和总多酚的含量,对简化皂苷和总多酚的复杂测定过程具有现实意义。
Determination of ordinary 20 clones of the tea seed kernel active ingredients ( total saponins , flavonoids , total polyphenol , total polysaccharides and total protein ) content, application of the correlation between the SPSS 18.0 analysis, curve regression model is established.The results showed that the content of total saponins and flavonoids content , total polyphenol content and total protein content were significantly positive correlation between , a total saponins flavonoids regression equation is:Y =6.076 +10.698 X-8.824 X2 +3.871 X3 ,total polyphenol , total protein , regression equation is:Y=0.045 X1.310 ,can be predicted by measur-ing the content of total flavonoids and total protein content of total saponins and total polyphenols ,to simplify the complex of saponins and total polyphenols determination process has a realistic significance.
