短周期风洞中导叶压力面气膜冷却实验研究

摘要 在短周期跨声速叶栅风洞中,采用放大的叶片模型,对具有单排气膜孔的导叶压力面54%相对弧长后的换热系数和气膜冷却效率进行测量,研究雷诺数、压比以及吹风比的影响。结果表明,压比是影响表面压力系数的主要因素。 Heat transfer coefficient and film cooling effectiveness of single row holes located at an enlar-ged vane pressure surface after 54%relative to the arc length were conducted in a short duration wind tunnel.Studied the influence of Reynolds number,pressure ratio and blowing ratio.The results suggest that the pressu-re ratio is the main factor affecting the pressure coefficient distribution.
