摘要
转台是惯性导航设备研制和调试过程中的关键设备。随着现代航空、航天技术对惯性导航设备的性能指标要求越来越高,转台的调试难度也越来越大,调试周期也越来越长。传统的转台性能指标测试方法,虽然通过先进测试仪器保证了转台性能指标的测试精度,但是由于主要是靠人工操作,测试过程效率低,且出错几率高。针对这一问题,在VC编程环境下,通过串口通信和以太网口通信控制转台和测试仪器,实现了转台运动的自动控制,转台运动参数的自动采集以及数据的自动分析处理和自动存储,实现了针对转台速率性能指标、位置性能指标和动态响应性能的自动测试,并提供了友好的人机交互界面。测试系统提高了转台性能指标的测试效率和准确性,应用于618所研制的某型转台出所验收工作,验证了测试系统的有效性。
Turntable plays a pivot role in the inertial navigation equipment manufacture and debugging.As the modern aviation and aerospace engineering set up higher performance requirement for inertial navigation equipment,the turntable debugging becomes more difficult,and needs more time.Although the traditional testing method ensures the veracity of the test procedure of turntable by using the modern testing instrument,but because of that the testing procedure is mainly finished by manual operation,the testing procedure is inefficiency and fallibility.To solve this problem,based on the VC software,by serial port and Ethernet port controlling the turntable and testing instrument,the auto controlling of the turntable is achieved,the test of speed,position and frequency characteristics of turntables is achieved,and the friendly human-computer interface is provided.The efficiency and veracity of turntable testing is improved by the testing system,and the validity of the testing system is checked by the real testing procedure of some kind of turntable designed for the 618 research institute.
