摘要
"知情同意"涉及人类研究活动中受试者权益保障制度的核心内容,它由信息提供、理解、自愿、过程的持续性这4项要素构成。本文结合英美等国科学基金保护受试者立法,对这4项要素的内涵进行系统解析,为完善中国有关立法寻求经验借鉴。
