摘要 针对复杂机械产品的特点,基于实例推理理论,采用灰色关联分析法,结合欧几里得距离法,给出了基于灰色关联理论的实例匹配算法。以数控机床的主轴为例,将灰色关联分析方法应用到复杂机械产品的实例检索与匹配中去,计算设计问题与实例库中实例的相似度,并采用其它相似度算法验证灰色关联分析方法所得结果,结果表明灰色关联分析方法对样本数量、分布规律要求不高,计算量小,得出的结果准确,便于操作。为后续的实例修改提供参考依据,为基于实例推理的实例检索与匹配提供借鉴。 According to the characteristics of complex mechanical product, case matching algorithm in case-based reasoning( CBR) is put forward, which uses grey relational degree analysis, combines with Euclidean distance . In this paper it is used to analyze case retrieval and matching of complex mechanical products, and NC machine tool spindle is selected as an example. Adopted grey relational degree analysis, the similarity between the design problem and cases in the library is found out, the similarity results are tested by other similarity algorithms. Results show that grey relational degree analysis method has its peculiar advantage, such as:low sample amount and distribution rule require, simple and efficient. This study can provide refer-ence for case modification, it can also suggest lessons for case-based reasoning( CBR) .
