基于组件的数控系统OpenHMI研究与设计

摘要 数控系统通常展示给用户的HMI是通用的,功能已经固化,不能满足用户多样化和定制化的需要,而组件技术可以快速应对用户需求的变化。在对蓝天数控系统通用HMI分析基础上,提出了以Qt图形库为基础,利用Python语言开发界面组件库,以Python脚本为载体实现数控系统开放式人机界面定制化的方法。基于组件的数控系统OpenHMI的设计主要包括三部分:界面组件库,界面设计器,界面脚本解析器。文中对这三部分的功能作用及实现方法进行了详细的介绍。 The CNC system HMI that ususlly shows to all users is common,functionality is curing, cannot meet the variety and customization needs of user, and compoent technology can quickly respond to the change of user Requirements. On the basis of analyzing of the general HMI of LanTian NC system, the Pro-posed approach is that based on the Qt graphics library, by using Python language to develope HMI compo-nents library, in Python scripts as a carrier to achieve human-machine interface customization. The design OpenHMI of CNC system based on components includes three main modules which are interface component library, configuration script generator, configuration script decoder. In this paper, the function and imple-mentation of the three main modules is written in detail.
