摘要
针对数控机床加工过程出现的故障及其现有监控系统存在的不足,结合Socket网络编程,C#及数据滤波技术研究了数控机床智能远程监控系统。对智能监控系统的总体架构进行了阐述,对智能监控系统具备的功能及其实现方法进行了详细的说明。机床信号监测及自动识别诊断技术则以数控机床监测信号为例对数控机床监控系统进行了仿真实验,结果表明该系统可实现数控机床实时监测、智能化状态识别与故障诊断。数控机床智能远程监控系统的研究为机床维护人员更好地解决机床故障问题提供了支撑。
An intelligent remote monitoring system for CNC machine is put forward with the technologies of Socket network programming, C# and data filtering in this paper, according to the problems of CNC machi-ning process and the existing monitoring system. The overall framework for intelligent monitoring system is described, and the function of intelligent monitoring system and its realizing method is also explained in de-tail in the paper. Simulation examples of monitoring signal are taken for signal monitoring and automatic di-agnosis technology, and the experimental results show that the system has the function of real-time monito-ring, status recognition and fault diagnosis. Research on remote monitoring system for CNC machine pro-vides support for the machine maintenance staff to solve the problem of machine fault better.
