摘要
皮带轴作为加工中心的核心部件,它的好坏影响着整个加工中心的精度,根据用户要求,需设计一套立式加工中心皮带轴,对主轴直径进行理论计算和实际工况的分析,确定了主轴和拉杆的材料为40Cr,保证皮带轴满足工作要求的同时也使主轴材料的成本降到了最低,得出了主轴和拉杆直径的最小直径,并对主轴的刚度进行了校核,根据碟簧单片压缩量确定碟簧数量为60片;选取了深沟球轴承和角接触球轴承,并采用两端固定的安装方式满足主轴的转速需求。经出厂测试表明,该皮带轴的径向跳动值、主轴轴向窜动值、噪音值、振动值优于用户指标,该皮带轴设计合理。
Belt shaft is the key component of machining center, it is good or bad affects the precision of ma-chining center. Based on user requirements and design a set of belt-axis vertical machining center, the spin-dle diameter theoretical calculations and analysis of the actual working conditions, to determine the spindle and rod material 40Cr, to ensure that the work meets the requirements of the belt shaft while the spindle ma-terial the cost to a minimum, the optimal solution obtained spindle and rod diameter, and the stiffness of the spindle and bearings were checked, parameter values calculated spindle and rod, consult the relevant manual to find the most suitable machinery the disc spring models; selected deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings, and using a fixed installation at both ends of the spindle speed to meet demand. After factory tests show that the value of the belt shaft run out and axial movement of the spindle values, noise levels, vibration meets factory standards, to justify the belt shaft design.
