摘要
针对汽车变数箱操纵器盖外形结构不规则,传统的装夹方法不容易夹紧,加工过程需要多次装夹,效率低的问题,设计了一种操纵器盖铣加工液压夹具。详细阐述了该夹具的结构特点、定位装夹方法及工作原理:通过对操纵器盖外形结构及加工工艺进行分析,采取相应的拔模斜面对其定位,液压缸对其夹紧,并通过对其切削力和夹紧力的计算,设计了一套与其相配套的液压系统。实践证明:该夹具结构简单,操作方便,加工过程实现了对工件的快速定位装夹,进一步完善和实现了操纵器盖的高效、大批量生产。
According to the irregular structure of gearbox manipulator cover for car, the traditional process-ing methods for positioning and clamping problem is not easy clamping and need multiple clamping, low ef-ficiency, design a manipulator cover milling hydraulic fixture. Elaborated on the structure characteristics of the fixture, positioning and clamping method and principle of work:according to the analysis of manipulator cover shape structure and process, take the corresponding taper bevel on the positioning, hydraulic cylinder for clamping, and through the calculation of the cutting force and clamping force, the design of the hydraulic system with a set of matching. Practice has proved:this fixture has the advantages of simple structure, con-venient operation, process realizes rapid positioning of the work piece clamping, further improve and a-chieve high efficiency, large batch production.
