摘要
建立了一种以纯甘油为主要原料的联产高纯度甘油锌的甘油碳酸酯绿色生产工艺。用分次投料一锅煮的方式,在同一反应器中先后合成甘油锌和甘油碳酸酯,用甘油锌催化甘油碳酸酯的合成,用合成甘油碳酸酯的反应过程促进氧化锌的彻底转化。反应结束后加入沉淀剂使甘油锌析出,再经洗涤等处理,得到质量分数达到97%以上的高纯度甘油锌。液体经分离纯化,得到质量分数达到97%以上的甘油碳酸酯,全程无废水废渣排放。通过对产物甘油锌的红外、XRD、元素分析,推测了可能的产物甘油锌的结构。该联产工艺为甘油的高附加值转化提供了一种绿色新途径,具有广阔的应用前景。
A green cogeneration of high purity of zinc glycerolate (ZMG) and glycerol carbonate ( GC ) was established by using glycerol as the main raw material. One-pot method was adopted to synthesize impure zinc glycerolate first. And then glycerol carbonate was synthesized. During this process, the zinc glycerolate acted as a catalyst for glycerol carbonate synthesis and the process promoted the purification of zinc glycerolate. After the reaction, some precipitating agent was put into the pot and the zinc glycerolate was precipitated. The purity of zinc glycerolate was above 97%. After the separation of the liquid mixture ,we got glycerol carbonate ,the purity of which was above 97%. The product's structure was discussed based on FTIR, XRD and elemental analysis as well. After all, the cogeneration provided a means of effecting a high-value conversion of glycerol and held out broad application prospects.
