摘要
介绍了变温吸附工艺脱除氯乙烯单体中水分的工艺流程,对比了传统深冷脱水工艺与变温吸附脱水工艺的应用效果,总结了变温吸附脱水装置运行过程中出现的问题并提出了改进方法。采用该工艺氯乙烯含水质量分数可降至0.03%以下,可提高产品质量和性能,降低电耗,延长设备清洗周期。
The temperature swing adsorption process flow for vinyl chloride deep dewatering was in- troduced. Application effect of traditional deep cooling dewatering process and that of temperature swing adsorption dewatering process were compared. The problems occurred during the operation of the latter process were summarized, and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed. Water mass frac- tion of vinyl chloride reduced to below 0.03 wt% , quality and performance of vinyl chloride improved, power consumption reduced, and cleaning period of unit extended after adoption of the latter process.
