摘要
针对PVC生产装置扩能后出现的电石及触媒消耗高、生产弹性小等问题进行了优化改造,改造后原辅材料消耗降低,可节约成本3 429万元/a。
In order to solve the problems existing in PVC device after capacity expansion, for exam- ple, increased unit consumptions of calcium carbide and catalyst, low productive elasticity, some optimi- zation improvement measures were taken. The consumptions of raw materials and auxiliary reduced, and the production costs of PVC lowered by 34.29 million RMB ¥ per year.
