在装置扩建的同时,对混合气脱水、氯乙烯合成、氯乙烯聚合等工序进行了改造,降低了生产成本,达到了节能降耗的目的。
The processes such as dehydration of mixed gas, synthesis of vinyl chloride, polymeriza- tion of vinyl chloride and so on were reformed during PVC facility expansion. Production cost reduced, and the aim of saving energy and reducing consumption was achieved.
