探析建国后周保中对云南民族事务的认识

周保中,1902年2月7日出生于云南省大理县湾桥村,白族人。他的大部分人生是在戎马生涯中度过的,对中国的革命和民族事业做出了很大贡献,被誉为"白子将军"。云南和平解放后,周保中实际主持着云南省日常事务和军事管制委员会的工作。而身兼云南省民族事务委员会主任职务的周保中,他对云南民族事务的认识主要体现于他在1951年2月2日西南民族事务委员会第二次委员会议的讲话上。

Zhou Bao-zhong Who was born in a Wangqiao village of Dali prefecture of Yunnan province on February 7 , 1902 was a Bai people .Most of his life was spent in a military career and made a great contribution to the cause of China’ s revolution and nation ,so he was be honoured as a Bai son general .After the peaceful liberation of Yunnan province ,Zhou Bao-zhong actually presided over the work about daily affairs and military control commission of Yunnan province .As a director position of Yunnan ethnic affairs commission ,his understanding of yunnan ethnic affairs mainly reflected his speech in the second conference of southwest ethnic affairs committee on February 2 ,1951 .
