摘要
为尽可能避免矿热炉冶炼硅铝铁合金冶炼过程中产品粉化现象,对可能引起硅铝铁合金的粉化因素进行了统计分析,排除了Fe、Si、S、Ca的含量是引起硅铝铁合金粉化的原因,并分析了硅铝铁合金粉化现象产生的机理,得出低的冶炼温度才是引起硅铝铁合金粉化的根本原因的结论。指出只有提高冶炼温度才是解决使用矿热炉冶炼硅铝铁合金产生粉化问题的唯一途径。
In order to avoid ferrosilico-aluminium disintegration generated in submerged-arc furnace smelting as far as possible,it makes a statistical analysis on potential factors which may cause the phenomena,excludes the factors of Fe,Si,S and Ca contents.It analyzes the mechanism of Si-Al-Fe powder phenomena,reaches a decision that low temperature is the fundamental reason for disintegration,points out that raising temperature is the only way to solve the problem.
