摘要
通过对羊毛和弹性纤维原料以及纺纱方式的选择、染整助剂的筛选和应用、烘呢机和热定型的工艺设备改进、后整理工艺的合理制定等一系列技术措施,攻克了精纺纯羊毛加氨纶经纬弹力织物在高弹性和低缩率的生产工艺技术控制上的难题,使这类四面弹面料的成品缩率小于2%,而其经纬纱线的弹性伸长率都要大于20%以上,并且各匹与匹之间的成品缩率等服用性能指标差异都能控制在1%以内,其各项技术指标都通过了日本某测试机构的检测。此类"瑞富弹"精纺呢绒良好的弹性和尺寸稳定性都达到了国际先进水平。
Wet shrinkage of 2% or less of the final articles reached on stretchy worsted piece goods of wool and spandex blends, and its elongation of 20% or more on both weft and warp wise in 4directions maintained by means of raw material and spinning systems selection, additives comparasion and application, drying and stentering equipment modification and their parameter setting, and finishing technique improvement. And, at the same time, the differences between lots in terms of the fabric serviceability such as elasticity and wet shrinkage well kept below 1 %.With each of its technical test items passed the Japanese testing authorities criteria, this " Ruifu Tan " worsted piece goods met the quality demands set by the industrial circle for fabric elasticity anddimensional stability.
