中文版《糖尿病自我管理行为量表》的信效度验证

Verification of the Reliability and Validity of Chinese Version of Diabetes Self-management Activities Questionnaire

目的：检验中文版？糖尿病自我管理行为量表？的信效度.方法2009年2月至2010年2月,采用方便抽样的方式选择浙江省杭州市、温州市和金华市的门诊和住院治疗及参加糖尿病学习班的糖尿病患者共计419例,以中文版？糖尿病自我管理行为量表？进行问卷调查,其中30例患者（来自金华地区）在4个月后进行了重测,以建立量表的重测信度.结果？糖尿病自我管理行为量表？各题项的重测信度在0．425~0．774之间,内部一致性系数在0．829~0．913之间.验证性因素分析结果显示：原量表结构具有最佳的拟合指数（χ2/df＝2．122,残差均方根＝0．022,近似误差均方根＝0．052,相对拟合指数和拟合优度指数均超过0．989）；典型相关分析结果显示：自我管理行为与血糖控制水平间的相关系数为0．806（Wilks’λ＝0．349,P＜0．01）.逐步多元回归分析结果显示：除吸烟状态分量表外,其余自我管理行为分量表有效解释2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖值63.5％的变异（R2＝0．653）和餐后2 h血糖值55．1％的变异（R2＝0．551）.结论中文版？糖尿病自我管理行为量表？具有较好的信度和效度,可以成为糖尿病自我管理行为相关研究的有效工具.

Objective To verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of diabetes self-manage-ment activities questionnaire.Methods By convenience sampling,419 diabetes patients from Zhejiang Province were selected.30 patients （from Jinhua district）were retested after 4 months in order to establish the retest reliability of the scale.Results The retest reliability coefficients of diabetes self-management activities questionnaire subscales were between 0.425-0.774,and the internal consistency coefficients were between 0.829-0.913.The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that this questionnaire had the best fit indices（χ2/df=2.122,RMS of the residuals=0.022,approximation error of the RMS=0.052, relative fit index and goodness of fit index were all excessed 0.989）.Typical correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of self-management activities and blood glucose control was 0.806 （Wilks’λ=0.349,P〈0.01）.The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that except of the smoke status subscale,the rest self-management activities subscales could effectively explain the varia-tion of type II diabetes patients fasting blood sugar 63.5%（R2=0.653）and the variation of blood glucose 55.1% of 2 h after meal （R2=0.551）.Conclusion Chinese version of diabetes self-management activities scale has good reliability and validity,and it is an effective tool for the research of the diabetes self-manage-ment activities.
