军队医院文职护士海洋灾害救护能力指标体系的构建

Study on the Construction of the Core of Marine Disaster Rescue Capability of Civilian Nurses in Military Hospital System

目的构建军队医院文职护士海洋灾害救护能力的指标体系。方法通过文献资料法、理论分析法、质性研究法及德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,建立军队医院文职护士海洋灾害救护能力指标体系。结果专家咨询的权威程度系数为0.84,判断系数为0.88,熟悉程度为0.78;确定军队医院文职护士的海洋灾害救护能力指标体系包含任职能力教育、急救护理能力、灾害救护能力、灾后护理能力等4部分,其中Ⅰ级指标4个、Ⅱ级指标39个。结论军队文职护士海洋灾害救护能力指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,可为编写应急预案及灾害护理教材、开展有针对性的培训提供依据,以进一步提高军队文职护士的应急救护保障能力。

Objective To build the core of marine disaster rescue capability of civilian nurses in military hospital system.Methods By using the methods of literature review,theoretical analysis,qualitative research method and Delphi expert consultation,to build the core of marine disaster rescue capability of civilian nurses in military hospital system.Results The authority coefficients of expert consultation was 0.84,and judge coefficient was 0.88,and familiar degree was 0.78;determine the core of marine disaster rescue capability of civilian nurses in military hospitals system including 4 parts：competency education, first aid nursing ability,disaster rescue,disaster nursing competence in the 4 part,including the 4 fist class indi-cators,3 9 second class indicators.Conclusion The core system of marine disaster rescue capability of civilian nurses is scientific and reliable,so it can provide evidence for emergency plan and disaster nursing teaching material writing,thus to further improve the emergency rescue guarantee capacity of the military civilian nurse.
