患者,女,59岁,因＂突发意识丧失4h＂于2013-12-06就诊我院。4h前家属发现患者呼之不应,伴有胡言乱语,肢体抽搐。体检：体温36.8℃,血压140/70mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）,心率112次/min,呼吸21次/min。昏迷,刺激有反应,双侧瞳孔等大,直径4mm,对光反射迟钝,双肺呼吸音清,心律齐,未及杂音。腹软,肝脾肋下未及,双下肢不肿,双侧病理征未引出。既往直肠癌,
The fentanyl patch is one of the widely used transdermal drug delivery,which can be used for the treatment of chronic intractable cancer pain and chronic non cancer pain. However, the influence of heat on fentanyl permeation should not be belittled. The authors reported a patient who sufferred from backache caused by rectal cancer, became unconscious after using a regular doses of fentanyl transdermal patch. The reason was the use of electric blanket for the cold weather.
