摘要
立克次体病是由立克次体引起的急性发热性疾病,早期表现为发热、头痛、虫咬溃疡、淋巴结肿大,晚期可因心、肝、肾等多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。实验室检测技术对防控立克次体病非常重要。目前,国内外立克次体病的检测技术很多,包括:血清学检测、病原学培养以及常规PCR、巢式PCR等多种分子生物学方法,现就立克次体相关实验检测技术研究进展进行综述。
Rickettsiosis caused by rickettsia was an acute febrile illness with early manifestations of fever, headache, insect bites ulcers and swollen lymph nodes. It may also lead to multiple organ function failure of heart, liver and kidney or death at advanced stage. Laboratory test techniques are essential for controlling and preventing rickettsiosis. There are lots of techniques for laboratory detection of rickettsia at home and abroad, including serological detection, pathogen euhure, the conventional PCR amplification, nested PCR and other molecular biological methods. The research progress in laboratory detection of rickettsia in recent years is reviewed in this article.
