摘要
简述了促血管生成素-2(angiopoietin-2,Ang-2)与Ang-Tie信号通路的关系,探讨了Ang-2在人类血管生成以及肿瘤发生和生长中的作用。Ang-2在肿瘤细胞中广泛表达,但在正常组织中却表达有限,血清Ang-2水平对恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及发病机理研究有较高的临床应用价值。Ang-2的深入研究将为肿瘤的诊断、治疗提供更加准确、方便的途径。
The relationship between angiopoietin-2（Ang-2）and Ang-Tie signaling pathway was reviewed.The roles of Ang-2in human angiogenesis and in the initiation and progression of tumors were disscussed.Ang-2is widely expressed in tumor cells,but limited in normal tissues.The serum levels of Ang-2has high clinical value in the early diagnosis of malignant tumor and pathogenesis reasearch.The further study of Ang-2will provide more accurate and convenient way for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
