摘要
选择硅烷偶联剂、水性环氧树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、SBR胶乳等4类粘结剂,研究其对沥青基灌缝料粘结性能的影响。结果表明:用量相同时,水性丙烯酸树脂和SBR胶乳相对于另外两类粘结剂能明显提高灌缝料与模拟裂缝的粘结力;随着水性丙烯酸树脂和SBR胶乳用量的增大,SBR胶乳对灌缝料粘结力的提高更为明显,养护7d、15d和28d都呈现相同的规律;当水性丙烯酸树脂和SBR胶乳复配使用时,随着水性丙烯酸树脂与SBR胶乳的比例的增大,灌缝料粘结力呈下降趋势,可见两种粘结剂的复配未能产生1+1>2的协同效应。
Four kinds of organic compounds,such as silane coupling agent,waterborne epoxy resin,waterborne acrylic resin and SBR latex,were adopted as organic binders.The effect of these organic binders on cohesive force of asphalt-base crack repairing material were studied.The results indicated that waterborne acrylic resin and SBR latex could obviously improve the adhesion of asphalt-base crack repairing material at the same dosage compared with the other two organic binders.With the dosage of waterborne acrylic resin and SBR latex increasing,cohesive force increased more bigger for SBR latex than waterborne acrylic resin with maintaining for 7d,15 dand 28d.With the ratio of waterborne acrylic resin to SBR latex increasing,the cohesive force reduced a certain degree and it showed that the blending of the waterborne acrylic resin and SBR latex didn′t have the synergistic effect of 1+1〉2.
