五份扁蓿豆种质材料种子萌发期耐盐性鉴定 被引量:11

摘要 选取来自内蒙古5个不同地区的扁蓿豆种质材料,在0、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2%和1.5%复盐溶液(NaCl 80%+CaCO310%+MgSO45%+K2SO45%)胁迫下,研究其对扁蓿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,结果表明:5份扁蓿豆种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长及幼苗干重均随盐浓度的增加呈下降趋势。隶属函数综合评价表明,来源于通辽市大青沟的种质材料耐盐性最强,来源于锡林郭勒盟白音锡勒及乌兰察布市四子王旗的种质材料耐盐性较弱。 Medicago ruthenica seeds from five different areas of Inner Mongolia were chosen.Germination performances for the five materials under 0,0.3 %,0.6 %,0.9 %,1.2 % and 1.5 % compound salt solution were studied.It was found that with the salt concentration increased,the relative germination rate,relative germination energy,relative germination index,relative seed vigor,radicle length,shoot length and dry weight of the five materials were tend to decrease.Germination performances of the materials under the salt stress were assessed by Asubordination function method.The results indicated that the materials collected from Tongliao City had the highest salt resistance,the materials from Qingshuihe County and Wuchuan County of Hohhot City had fairly good salt resistances,and the materials derived from the Baiyinxile of Xilinguole Meng and Siziwangqi of Inner Mongolia had the low salt resistance.The salt tolerances of the tested materials were:MR-3 〉MR-1 〉MR-5〉 MR-2 〉MR-4.
