摘要
利用质量分数为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.5%的NaCl溶液处理扁蓿豆种子,研究采集于甘肃和陕西的8份野生扁蓿豆和1份野生栽培品种(土默特扁蓿豆)种子萌发期的耐盐性。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度增加,扁蓿豆居群的种子发芽率逐渐降低,其中景泰居群下降相对较慢,宁县和陇县居群下降较快。NaCl浓度为1.0%时,发芽率最大的为永昌居群(77.3%),最小的为陇县居群(36.0%)。NaCl浓度为1.5%时,供试扁蓿豆种子的发芽率为0。应用隶属函数法进行综合评价,结果表明扁蓿豆居群种子萌发期耐盐性景泰>土默特>永昌>陇西>镇原>临夏>渭源>陇县>宁县。
The seeds of eight wild populations collected from Gansu and Shanxi Province and one wild cultivar of M.ruthenica were treated with different NaCl solutions of 0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0% and 1.5%.The effects of salt stress on the seed germination characteristics were investigated.The results showed that the germination percentage of nine M.ruthenica populations decreased with the increasing of NaCl concentration.The germination percentage of Longxian population and Ningxian population were decreased rapidly while the Jingtai population decreased slowly with the NaCl concentration increased.When treated with 1.0% NaCl,the germination percentage of Yongchang seed was the highest (77.3%) while the Longxian seed was the lowest (36.0%).All the tested materials failed to germinate when treated with 1.5 % NaCl concentration.The membership function method was applied to evaluate the salt resistance of the nine M.ruthenica populations during seed germination stages.According to the descending order of the comprehensive evaluation of salt resistance,the order was ranked as:Jingtai 〉 Tumete 〉 Yongchang 〉 Longxi 〉 Zhenyuan 〉 Linxia 〉 Weiyuan 〉Longxian 〉 Ningxian.
