摘要
卓越教师是指能够创新而卓著地开展教育教学活动的优秀教师,卓越教师的基本素养结构主要由教师职业道德、教师专业知识、教师专业能力等三个方面构成,其中,卓越教师的专业能力在卓越教师成长中具有决定性的独特价值。然而,在当前卓越教师专业成长过程中,由于未能恰当地处理好卓越教师专业成长过程中知识与能力的关系,存在着将知识与能力等同起来、采用知识的方式来培养能力、能力的内隐性决定了能力没法教等认识上的误区,致使卓越教师专业成长过程中教师专业能力重要性地位的严重缺乏。结合国内外学者对教师专业能力的研究以及依据国家相关教育规章的规定,卓越教师专业能力成长合理性建构的要素可以划分为教育教学设计能力、组织与实施能力、激励与评价能力、沟通与合作能力、反思与发展能力、管理与教育活动能力等六个方面。
Excellent teachers refer to those who are able to carry out creative and distinguished teaching activities. The basic quality of excellent teachers is mainly composed of three aspects: professional ethics, professional knowledge, and professional ability, among which professional ability has a unique value. However, in the process of excellent teachers' professional development, the relationship between knowledge and ability has been neglected, there exists misconceptions in understanding, such as regarding knowledge as ability, to cultivate ability in the same way as to teach knowledge, and the inability of ability being able to be taught due to its intrinsic factor; and all the above lead to the serious lack of important position of teachers' professional ability in the process of their development. Based on the provisions of the relevant national education regulations and in light of domestic and foreign scholars' research, the elements of the rational construction of excellent teachers' development on professional ability can be divided into six aspects: designing ability of teaching, the ability of organization and implementation, motivation and evaluation ability, communication and cooperation ability, reflection and development ability and the ability of management and carrying out education activities.
