摘要
以中国华东师范大学和美国哥伦比亚大学为比较研究对象,重点分析了两所高校培养方案的培养目标与课程结构体系特点,研究发现两校在培养目标、课程结构模块、课程总门数、总学分、选修课和必修课等方面都存在差异,并得出关于一所大学硕士层次的学前教育专业可尝试设置多个培养方案,培养方案的设计可突出院校及地方特色,适当增加教育实践课程,课程内容要重视对学生差异性研究,可尝试增设家校沟通能力课程五个方面的启示。
The present paper compares the master programs of pre-school education in East China Normal University and that in Columbia University in the United States so as to find out the structures and characteristics of the two. The analysis shows that the two systems are different in terms of objectives, curriculum structures, courses, and total credits, compulsory courses and optional courses. The findings and enlightenments: multiple programs can help display the characteristics of the universities; curriculum should emphasize practice and the individual difference; and it is necessary to pay attention to the parent-school communication course.
