摘要
"文革"前陕西师范大学教育系科经历了国立西北大学文学院教育学系、西北大学师范学院教育系、西安师范学院教育研究室、陕西师范大学建校初期教育系四个发展阶段,呈现出以下特征:功能定位准确,注重社会实际需要;培养目标明确,知识性与应用性结合;课程设置灵活,必修选修结合;重视教师队伍建设,注重学术交流;学生生源稳定,注重德性培养。反思"文革"前陕西师范大学教育系科的发展,本文得出如下启示:培养目标应兼顾学术知识与实践应用;课程设置要灵活多样,面向社会实践;教师提升专业素养的同时,继续加强学术交流;学生培养注重知识传授与德性养成相结合。
The Department of Education of Shaanxi Normal University had experienced four stages before "The Cultural Revolution" : The Department of Education of College of Chinese Language and Literature of National Northwest University, the Department of Education of Normal College of Northwest University, and the Educational Research Section of Xi'an Normal College. The characteristics are: accurate positioning of function and emphasis on social demands ; clear and definite training objectives and combination of the informative and the practical ; flexible curriculum with the combination of the compulsory and optional courses ; paying attention to the strengthening of teaching stuff and emphasizing the exchange of academy; and stable applicants and emphasizing ethical awareness of students. Enlightening: training objectives should combine academic knowledge and practical application; curriculum should be flexible and various and aim at social practice; the teachers should improve their professional skills and participate academic exchange continuously; and teaching should emphasize knowledge imparting and morality cultivating.
