针药并用对异位妊娠术后输卵管通畅性的影响

Clinical Observations on the Effect of Combined Treatment with Acupuncture and Medicine on Tubal Patency after Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery

目的观察针药并用对输卵管异位妊娠术后患者输卵管通畅性的改善情况。方法将100例因输卵管异位妊娠行手术治疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组患者在行腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术基础上给予温针灸配合口服宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗,对照组仅行腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术治疗。治疗后采用阴道B超检查观察患者输卵管愈合及盆腔积液情况,通过输卵管碘油造影技术观察患者输卵管通畅情况。结果与对照组相比,治疗组患者术后1个月输卵管包块吸收明显,相对通畅,盆腔内积液较少(均P<0.05)。结论针药并用能一定程度上促进异位妊娠患者术后输卵管愈合及盆腔积液吸收,改善输卵管通畅性。

Objective To investigate the improving effect of combined treatment with acupuncture and medicine on tubal patency after ectopic pregnancy surgery. Methods One hundred patients undergoing ectopic pregnancy surgery were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. The treatment group received oral administration of ectopic pregnancy prescription II plus warm needling in addition to laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo removal, and the control group, laparoscopic salpingotomy and embryo removal alone. Tubal healing and pelvic effusion were observed by transvaginal ultrasonography and tubal potency was examined by hysterosalpingography in the patients after treatment. Results Tubal mass was absorbed significantly, the oviduct was relatively patent and pelvic effusion became less in the treatment group of patients at one month after surgery compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined use of acupuncture and medicine can promote postoperative tubal healing and absorption of pelvic effusion to a certain extent and improve tubal patency in ectopic pregnancy patients.
