补虚通络针刺法治疗面部痤疮疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Bu Xu Tong Luo Needling Method for Facial Acne

目的观察补虚通络针刺法治疗面部痤疮的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的60例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用补虚通络针刺法治疗,对照组采用维A酸乳膏外用治疗,共治疗30 d。两组治疗前后均采用痤疮综合分级系统对两组患者皮损进行评分,计算治疗前后皮损积分,评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.4%,对照组为80.0%,两组临床疗效经秩和检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皮损积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后皮损积分差值与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补虚通络针刺法是一种治疗面部痤疮的有效方法,可降低患者皮损积分。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bu Xu Tong Luo （tonifying and unblocking） needling method in treating facial acne. Methods Sixty eligible patients with acne were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by Bu Xu Tong Luo needling method, while the control group was by Tretinoin cream for external application, totally for 30 d. Before and after intervention, the Global Acne Grading System （GAGS） was adopted for scoring skin lesion. The clinical efficacies were evaluated by skin lesion score. Results The total effective rate was 93.4% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant tested by rank-sum test （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the skin lesion scores changed significantly in both groups （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The change of skin lesion score in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bu Xu Tong Luo needling method is an effective approach in treating facial acne, for reducing the skin lesion score.
