摘要
针对我国果蔬网带式干燥设备存在的干燥效率低、能耗大、自动化程度低、干燥品质差等问题,结合洋葱的干燥特性,设计了一套适用于洋葱干燥的五层网带式穿流干燥系统.该系统由机架、金属网带、供风系统、换热系统、上料机构组成,可实现金属网带自动清洗、自动调速以及分段、分区控温控时的功能,该系统干燥效率与生产效率较高,含水率为8%的洋葱丁的生产率可达300kg/h.
In view of the fruit and vegetable mesh belt drying equipment drying efficiency exists low en-ergy consumption,and poor drying quality,a set of cross-flow drying systems which had five layers of mesh belt for onion drying is designed.The system consists of frame,metal mesh belt,air supply system,heat ex-change system and feeding mechanism,which enables automatic mesh belt cleaning and temperature con-trolling by sub-segment and time partition.The system could improve drying and production efficiency,and the productivity up to 300 kg/h of dried onion granules with moisture content at 8%.
