摘要 多学科的综合治疗是目前肺癌的主要治疗模式,手术治疗是局部治疗早期肺癌的主要手段,微波消融是近年不断推广应用的一种肿瘤局部控制的微创治疗方法,131I标记的肿瘤细胞核人鼠嵌合单抗(131I-chTNT)为恶性实体瘤的治疗提供了一种崭新治疗手段,微波消融联合131I-chTNT可望明显提高对肺癌的治疗效果,单光子发射型计算机断层显像/X线-计算机断层仪(SPECT/CT)多模式显像则为肺癌综合治疗疗效的评价提供了一种客观有效的非创性影像学评估方法。 Muhidisciplinary therapy is currently the primmy mode of treatment for lung cancer.Surgery is the primmy way of treatment for lung cancer at early stage.In recent yems,microwave ablation (MRA) has been promoted as a minimally invasive treatment for the local control of tumor,and Iodine-131-labeled chimeric tumor necrosis treatment antiboy (131I-chTNT) provides a new method of cancer treatment.MRA combined with 131I-chTNT is very likely to greatly improve the curative effect of treatment for lung cancer.Besides,SPECT/CT imaging is an objective and effective non-invasive method for the evaluation of the general efficacy of treatments for lung cancer.
